What we value

To be honest, we'd be a little at a loss for words when asked, "Does we have its own unique color?" This is because we have always been putting my heart into expressing the color of our clients.

Nowadays that communication via social media has become mainstream, we feel that websites are even more required to have unique expressions.

Because it is a place to express the thoughts and worldviews we want to convey to others, we keep in mind not only to "what to communicate" but also to "what not to communicate," and strive to create designs with whitespace to inspire the imagination and action of the viewer. We also believe that websites are the way to share the thoughts within a team or organization, and acts as a compass to help us return to our roots and move forward.

For this reason, we carefully explore its form, asking questions that touch upon the roots beyond superficial words. We explore together what should truly be communicated through what we see with our eyes, hear with our ears, and feel with our skin - and as we continue to have these kinds of conversations, we will also reflect our own attitudes and values as we approach our creative work.

Releasing website is not the end of the story. As you actually operate it, it gradually becomes a part of who you are. We believe that it is only through this process that true results and experiences can finally be built.

So that we can gently push you forward when you take a step forward, and so that you can ask us without hesitation when you are in trouble. We want to think together, work together, and value the relationships of trust that are nurtured through dialogue.

After working at an architecture and interior design studio and a design studio, he started freelance work as y2 in 2011, focusing on web design and direction. What he believes is "Actions speak louder than words."ーstrives to lead his team quietly.

He is a keyboard shortcut freak, improving work efficiency make time to spend or time to think and he has a habit of saying "However". His latest hobby is beekeeping, and he has two beehives this year and secretly enjoys the patrol in his morning.

Her previous work was a researcher specialized in amphibians and reptiles. Now she has been here for over 10 years and an indispensable member of us. She has an inquisitive mind and likes to dig deep into everything. These qualities are fully utilized in her current position. She expresses her thoughts clearly and is not afraid to discuss things until she is satisfied. Honest, gentle, and tough.

Her love for living things remains as strong as ever and her own binoculars is a necessity when shooting in mountain areas（but she tends to get lost）.

For each order, he always comes up with a proposal that goes beyond what was expected. The reason he moved jobs from a major company was because he wanted to work closer to clients. He and our company's CEO, Yokoyama, met in a basketball club. The way he always bows to the basketball court, even when no one is watching, says it all about him.

He is a father of two children and recently he has become very knowledgeable about trains influenced by his eldest son.

She thoroughly searched for web companies in Fukuoka on Google Maps, found out y2 among the many offices and read through the blogs from the past two years and resonated deeply with her. Since the company was looking for only experienced, she gained about a year before of experience at another company and finally joined here. Her charms are she has tenacity and competitive nature.

She has a deep knowledge of music and movies and says, "My favorite movies are the Living Trilogy directed by Roy Andersson and my favorite music is...I love it so much that I can't choose!

risa.fDesigner

She experienced authentic design and changed her career path while studying abroad in Ireland. After coming back to Japan, she began to study design on her own while working. Currently working as a designer with her natural meticulousness and quiet fighting spirit as a strength.

She is also skilled at putting her thoughts into words, and the way she speaks politely gives those around her a sense of security. Also thorough in managing her tasks in her private life. Her bangs are always straight. She loves biryani so much that she even serves it to the staff.

kaori.yAccountant, Assistant

Our reliable accountant who is strict with figures although she heals those around her with her gentle smile. She has experience working and traveling to various places from Fukuoka to Okinawa and has a broad perspective and flexible thinking. The tax accountant gave her the thumbs up, saying, "She's hardworking and honest. She studies and thinks about issues herself before asking questions, so she understands things quickly and her level improves every year!"

She loves going to cherry blossom viewing picnics once a year with the staff and also likes to drink but not a heavy drinker.
