y2 is design studio mainly website production. We are looking to an engineer to build a more self-sufficient organization.

All projects are carried out in small teams, allowing us to work closely with clients. As the project progresses closely with planners and designers, our engineers' ideas are naturally put to good use.

"For what purpose and for whom am I writing the code?" and "What approach is needed to achieve that purpose?" Always keeping this perspective in mind will naturally lead to a deeper understanding of programming skills.

Work here is about more than just writing code. Sometimes we work together to with clients to find the answers they need, not just to create websites. It may be a unique workplace where interesting and difficulty coexist.

That said, we place importance on "problem-solving perspective" and "creativity” that are cultivated by writing code. As technologies such as AI and no-code continue to evolve, the foundational mindset and skills will continue to be necessary.

It may be a bit greedy, but we would be happy to meet an engineer who has a strong technical background but can also support projects with a broad perspective.
